Make secondary alignment, so that the error control range of the top of the anchor bolt is within 2mm. In this way, fasten the nuts of the supporting anchor bolts up and down the fixed frame steel plate at the same time. After all anchor bolts are corrected and fixed, a comprehensive inspection shall be stopped, and individual non-conforming requirements shall be corrected in time. To check the axis, make sure it is correct before pouring concrete.

When the heat treatment of anchor bolts is stopped, there are three different ways, namely, three kinds of steel, Quenched and tempered steel, spring steel and carburized steel. These steels have different temperatures during heat treatment and quenching. Then we also know to select low carbon, that is, alloy steel, and stop tempering at a low temperature below 250 ℃ after quenching.

This process can make the anchor bolt adhere to sufficient strength under the condition of high plasticity. Therefore, this kind of steel is commonly called quenched and tempered steel. If you want the anchor bolt to achieve high strength, that is, to harden the anchor bolt, you'd rather reduce the plasticity and toughness. For the gold containing quenching and tempering with low carbon content, you can take low-temperature tempering treatment, and you can get the so-called "ultra-high strength steel".
